Sanitize before application. Transfer the serum
into the MicroNed Stamper bottle and shake before use.
Apply on a clean dry
skin/scalp, apply horizontally then vertically, and then diagonally, 3 to 5
seconds for each round with enough pressure to penetrate the skin/scalp.
